DocSoft Ltd. was founded in 1996 to provide and implement workflow oriented document processing systems. Its founders, former members of Information Technology Research Institute (Számítástechnikai Kutató Intézet – SzKI), have significant achievements in the fields of document management, -processing and -archival.

Our Kofax and cryptographic experts – working closely together – enable large enterprises to get rid of their huge paper document archives in legally accepted, certified, court-tested document conversion processes.

Products
The flagship product family of our portfolio is the
Kofax document processing suite, which enables enterprises to accelerate business processes by collecting documents and forms, transforming them into accurate, retrievable information, and delivering it all into business applications and databases. DocSoft is a Kofax Certified Solution Provider and regionally acknowledged integrator of the entire Kofax portfolio since 1999.
In 2011, the
eWay platform was added to our portfolio, to provide unmatched automatic data processing and streamlined exception handling of electronic invoices and documents. The eWay system is in production at major blue-chip enterprises in Hungary, enabling them 100% automatic data extraction and validation. eWay is built to solve document processing needs in multinational, multi-company, multi-language environments while meeting the strictest international regulations in e-invoice and e-document handling.
Our
PDF Signer and PDF Streamer systems provide client and server-side cryptographic functions and
Kofax Capture based document conversion processes for enterprises seeking to convert their paper based legally binding documents in a safe, audited manner, while transferring legal effects to the scanned documents and adhering to the strictest interpretation of applicable laws.
Our Kofax, eWay and PDF Signer/PDF Streamer based systems are in operation at many market segments (telecommunication, finance, transportation, government, industry, education, etc.) throughout the Eastern-European region and in the United States.
