It ensures that data and digital signature formats on accepted documents and invoices meet all legal requirements. eWay deals with all digital signature formats in international e-invoicing and can validate multiple signatures and time stamps on a single document from any certificate authority throughout the world.
Besides cryptographic verification eWay validates existence and correctness of data. Any invalid invoice is automatically rejected, and a mail is dispatched to the sender detailing the problem. E-mail communication happens in the language of the vendor by utilizing sophisticated multi-language mail templates with macro capabilities.
